Our Labels are changing, so they could look like either of these 2

This is what the older labels look like,

This is the newer label used from about January 2024 onwards

These are just examples of a label, check your product for your password, The Password is normally etched onto the first piece of wood too.

Our instructions are online to save paper and the environment, please only print them out if you really need to, and recycle the paper afterwards if you do. Your password is in the middle of this label, but also etched onto the first sheet of wood normally. Below click on your product and then type in your password.
