PRICE & PAYMENT
Published prices are correct at the time but may be changed by us at any time. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order is ready to be dispatched. For pre-order items your credit/debit card / PayPal is pre-authorised at the time when your order is placed and is only charged when the items are in stock ready to be dispatched.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Orders received by 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the next 1 to 3 working days but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing. (Bespoke items may take longer but this is usually agreed before purchase) Shipping prices are dynamically calculated in the shopping basket and you will be presented a range of shipping options available based on the exact products in your basket. Orders may be shipped together as one order or sent as part orders.

RETURNS

Any product that is returned not in good condition may receive a processing fee to bring it back to new condition. refunds will be actioned within 7 days of the return. Bank times after this may vary so please contact them if it’s taking longer than you expect.
