This is the famous corner building, from approx.: 1970
It features
Tiled roof.
1 or 2 balconies (its up to you)
Detailed as close as we could get them in the doors and iron works.
Graffiti
Base piece comes with path and curb stones

Sizes,
Base is 391m wide, 201mm deep.
Building is 346mm wide, 187mm deep and 265mm tall at the tallest point

In the kit comes with the cool roof tiles (The tiles are white and need painting), They are cut to size by the laser so the edges have a slight dirty edge.
The kit has 3 different thicknesses of wood in it to help take the detail of this product to the next level, as well as the plastic roof tiles, it has never been easier to make a authentic looking Targo Florio building.
