This house is typical Mediterranean 3 floor house.

Base piece comes with path and curb stones

Sizes,
Base With Path is 230m wide, 110mm deep. Base Without Path is 230m wide, 78mm
Building is 230mm wide, 72mm deep and 367mm tall

In the kit comes with the cool roof tiles, They are not cut to size as if you want this building to be in a line you will want them 230mm wide, if you are having this building stand alone then you will probably want them to overlap the ends a little.
The kit has 3 different thicknesses of wood in it to help take the detail of this product to the next level, as well as the plastic roof tiles, it has never been easier to make a authentic looking Targo Florio building.
