This versatile building can be 3 things, all in one kit,
it can be a

• Members Pavilion Downstairs
• Medical Centre Downstairs
• Food Outlet Downstairs

There are loads of little bits of detail, in this kit including

• Textured roof material laser cut to size included in the kit
• Mid floor roof beams
• Extra corner brick work to give the building more shape
• removable floor to make access to the interior easier to work on down the line
• Up stairs the stairs can go on either of the 4 sides facing forward or backwards
• The front and side window can be really easily popped out if you want to make it a food outlet
• The side window can go on either end of the build to suit your needs.
• Small footprint to fit more tracks, the base of the main building is only 240mm by 120mm (without the stairs)
